  2. I am over 15 years of age.
  3. I am aware of the 6 month/1 shift a week time commitment
  4. I understand that I must submit a vulnerable sector police screening check
    (Note: High School students are exempt)
  5. I will be reimbursed the cost of the check after completion of 100 hours of volunteer service, upon request
  6. I am also aware of the need for a medical clearance<
  7. I agree to wear my volunteer uniform with solid black or solid white as the approved uniform look
